We do things a bit differently. There is no corporate nonsense, and no old-fashioned hierarchy. Instead, we work in small, self-sufficient, autonomous teams with full-cycle development. Guided by our core values of trust, transparency and curiosity, and a shared vision of what we want to achieve, we empower our teams to set their own objectives, figure out who best to reach them, and share in the celebration as amazing solutions come together.  

This means teams work on products from the idea stage (defining hypothesis) to research, insights, design, and finally cross-functionally building the MLP (minimal lovable product) and iterating towards perfection based on real learnings. In other words, it is the teams that own both the product and its value.

Product Leader

As a Product Leader of our payments and financial reporting team you will play a crucial role in developing an essential component of our platform – providing seamless, secure and compliant payment and reporting options in all the markets we operate in. You will take full ownership of the domain - defining and communicating strategic objectives, engaging with internal and external stakeholders and partners, and with a steady hand navigate a complex landscape of novel technical challenges, regulatory obstacles and commercial priorities to find the solutions that go to the root of problems and delivers real impact to our customers and their guests.   

You will lead a growing team of three super talented software engineers who share a passion for solving complex tech challenges. As product leader you will be reporting to Sindre – our Chief Product Officer.

We believe this might be your qualifications

  • Formidable problem-solving skills and outstanding business judgment  
  • You really want to master agile and lean mindset and is curious about unlocking that potential 
  • Huge Plus with experience from within the FinTech or payments industry, with knowledge of relevant regulations related to payment, cash registers and financial reporting 
  • Experience with qualitative and quantitative insight (both product analysis and user testing) to be able to go from hypothesis via solution to learning 
  • Plus if experience in app or web analytics, and platforms like Amplitude, PowerBI or Google Analytics 
  • You can communicate and argue structured and data-informed, both orally and in writing 
  • Proven ability to collaborate with developers, analysts, senior management, and other stakeholders in a constructive and collaborative way 
  • 3+ years’ experience as a Product Manager (or something similar) where you worked in a cross-functional team and helped the team spend their time on the right things 
  • Fluency in  English is a requirement, Norwegian skills an advantage
